2011 Ralliart fans coming on

So I've only had my Ralliart for a little over a week now. The past two days have been really hot outside 90-97 degrees. My commute is pretty short but I've notice after I got home from work on both days the cooling fans stayed on for a while. I had an 09 GTS for 3 years and never had anything like this happen with it. My old Saab used to do this all the time so I know it does happen but I just wanted to make sure it was normal.

The original owner had a larger intercooler (depo I'm pretty sure), a cat-back magnaflow exhaust (which are both still installed), cold-air intake of somesort, and an evo x BOV (both of which were removed before trade-in). Could it have been something with the parts?

Anyone else experience anything like this?

Yeah they stay on when hot. I usually wait about 30-60 sec after I stop the car to let it cool before shutting off the engine. Especially after boosting. Its probably a good idea to stay out of boost for at least 2 min before stopping.
