Hi All, this problem has been driving me crazy. Long story short. I keep getting rattling / metal on metal noise from left side of the engine. This mostly happens in the morning when the car is Cold. the last two days i feel like its getting worse. Clutch seems ok, no problems shifting into gears. I tried pressing the clutch when the noise happens and it seems like sometime the noise despair when the clutch is pressed, however sometimes it dosent do much. I have feeling my throw out bearing on its way out and probably something else too. car has 49km

here's what i've done so far

I've checked for loose bolts , pipes etc
removal the under tray
Checked both fans for rattle

Any help would be much appreciated

you are going to need a better video. I can't tell anything from that video. You need to narrow it down. If you can figure out how to make the car make the noise on demand then you can figure it out easier. Figure out if it does it only when the engine is warm/cold, what RPM, Maybe put a slight load on it. If it is a light metal on metal like 2 aluminum cans vibrating off eachother than you need to look for something thin, sheet metal, like the cover on the bottom of the trans. If the noise is deeper then most likely you have a bolt loose somewhere or a mount issue. If you can figure out how to make the car do it you are going to be looking for a while. Check the fender too
