ok everybody don't make fun but this will make the fastest stratus ive heard about once im done ........ but I bought on craigslist what I thought was a 4g64 motor and when it got here I looked at engine stamp and its a 4g69 wtf right well what do I need to do to make this work.... willing to spend whatever just let me know.. plz its going in an 01 stratus ..

 

why not send it back at the sellers expense since it was either mislabeled or sent by mistake?

it'd probably take more work than is worth putting into any chrysler.

but you'd probably need axle shafts, engine mounts, a transmission housing adapter, pcm, some way for the tcm to talk to the pcm, wiring harness, intake hose, exhaust, etc...

also if you're willing to spend "whatever" why not just buy a car that isn't a chrysler?

well because its already got a 4g63 that's blown..... and I only paid 500 for the motor guy didn't know what he had 4g69 mivec !!! but It bolted right up im using wiring harness from an 09 gallant I just need a bell housing from either an outlander or a gallant and I will be able to use my own axles im going to put a fuel management ecu in it already have turbo for it..... spend whatever meaning no matter how long it took to save not instantly buy it all at one time but thanks anyway
