Possible Power?

Well with the bolt-ons i have wanted to get and install coming to an end my thoughts are to get a custom tune. Mod's i will have done in a week or two are
Evo X FMIC
UR UICP/LICP
Evo X BPV
COBB EBCS
UR TBE
I will be running my accessport on a OTS Stage 3 obviously but that isn't good enough for me and my goal for my car of 290-300hp. Now obviously a Rad Lite or Full turbo upgrade is a key investment and is in the DISTANT future haha. I have come to the conclusion a custom tune is needed but sadly i live nowhere near a AWD dyno so... a custom e-tune would be my best shot and more specifaclly a custom e-tune for my accessport would be key. But my question after all this blabber is that with all those bolt-ons previously listed is it possible to reach 290-300hp with a e-tune or am i shooting for the stars on this one?
What would i be more likely to see...?

Thanks for your time!

For a good sst e-tuner, google Golden Evo. Your wheel horsepower won't get that high with those bolt ons. It can get close though.

For reference, I was tuned on a Mustang dyno with intercooler, uicp, licp, intake, ebcs, evo x bpv, and cat-back exhaust. I was at 240whp 265 wtq.

The new turbo is going to be your best bet to break 300.

You can also check out my signature and see my mods and numbers for reference, and like Jay10Ralliart here, I was also nowhere near 300 hp according to a Mustang dyno(although Mustangs do give the lowest numbers of any type of dyno you can get tuned on).
