hood/rain protectors

Hi,
I've looked in ebay, amazon and every car site I can get on too and having a hard time finding Hood Protector besides the OEM one. Wanting to get one to help with chips on the hood(seems I'm cursed). Also, glanced at classifieds, but didn't see anything.
Also, looking for rain guards prefer in-channel types. Weather tech's are nice, I like the slim design, but hella expensive. 2014 Mitsubishi RA

Mitsubishi makes a hard clear rock protector that fits all of the lancers for $80 online. Part # MZ313956

Any evo x hood item will fit the RA like this http://www.ebay.com/itm/MITSUBUSHI-Lancer-EVO-X-10-07-08-09-2010-2011-2012-Hood-Bra-Car-Bonnet-Mask/181543661448?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D25805%26meid%3D6edd6ee42e4c409d91814e45fa5c898d%26pid%3D100011%26prg%3D10778%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D181155889640

The problem I don't like car bra's is they can potentially rub ur pain underneath, trap in dirt/moisture, when paint fades over time, you got a off color hood. I've had ones before, and it gets old constantly taking them off when washing car etc.
I was just thinking of just putting down a few hundred bucks and getting the hood vinyl wrapped, but probably wait until next spring. Right now I'm deciding what I need to do for winter.

^but that bra does look good on that car. seen some magnetic ones, but seem ppl complain about them cracking over time.

Yeah I hear ya,
I used to have a bra on my previous car and sand loves to hid in it.

I would not recommend getting clear bra on your car if its wicked White.
I have it on my current car ( venture shield) and its starting to yellow slightly after 3 years. Also if you do go clear bra make sure its a good installer who is not using precut sheets but a full sheet that will wrap around under the hood and into pannel creases otherwise you'll have dirt trapped on the edge (looks bad on wicked white might not look so bad on darker colors.
