New to Lancers! So,many questions

Hey guys I'm new to both modding and Lancers. I just got a 2012 Ralliart and I have so many questions. I'm curently trying to get it to around 400 hp from bone stock. What is a boost pill? Whats the best one? What tunes are considered best for the ralliart? Whats the best turbo back twin tip exhaust? I'm trying to go off the forums parts list but its hard to know what is best when looking at this stuff. Intercooler and other suggestions would be great if anyone wouldnt mind sharing some insight and know how!

Good list of upgrades if you want 400hp on a RA:

- Turboback exhaust
- FMIC
- Upper/Lower IC pipes (OEM Evo X lower works great)
- Evo X exhaust manifold
- AEM Ralliart intake or any Evo X intake ( need mini battery kit for Evo X intake)
- Upgraded bolt-on turbo. MHI-18k, Garrett GTX3071R Gen 2, Blouch Dominator 2
- Grimmspeed 3 port boost controller
- If E85: ID1000cc injectors, Aeromotive 325 stealth fuel pump #11165
- A good tune from someone that knows how to tune with the SST

AMS is probably the best downpipe and I really liked the magnaflow catback when I had my Ralliart:

There is the option of keeping the stock frame turbo and you can be around 350whp (93oct) or 420whp(E-85) that translate to low 12s or high 11s in the quarter mile.

- Change the oil of the transmission ASAP. If you don’t know when was the last change. Get ready for changes every 30k or 15k miles (heavily abused) at the cost of $400-450 on parta only.
- This is a must now.

- Turboback exhaust
- FMIC
- Upper/Lower IC pipes (OEM Evo X lower works great)
- Once the car is tuned even on the stock turbo get EVOX sparkplugs that are one step colder. NGK ILKR8E6. Part No 1422.
- Ralliart Exhaust manifold but is recommended to upgrade because factory one easily cracks - Strictlymodified has one for ralliart stock frame turbo.
- Strictlymodified newly released ralliart downpipe. OpenDump to make a lot of noise or recirculated.
- AEM Ralliart intake (optional). The stock one works fine.
- Upgraded bolt-on turbo. Stock Frame TD04 Turbo R Us 50mm. This is a maxed out stock ralliart turbo. Is common knowledge that is makes more power than a oem EVOX td05.
- 3 port boost controller

- ID1000cc injectors, Aeromotive 325 stealth fuel pump #11165
- A good tune from someone that knows how to tune with the SST

This might be asking a lot but could you give a spitball on the overall cost to slap this all together?

So I probably will not be putting these all on at once so I will probably need to do multiple tunes right? Whats the best way to fint someone good at SST?
