Hi, my 2011 lancer ralliart keep having this one problem, when I push it from 3 to 4 gears around 2500, my rpm keep jumping at least 500 rpm, is like the boost just kick in or something like that, but my mph keep going up tho, is dont feel like clutch slipping but I really don't know whats is the problem, that's is just happen when I change the whole transmission, can someone please tell me whats really can be wrong with it? Thank you

 

How many miles on the clutch? Has your RA been tuned a well, pushing more WHP?

Certainly sounds like a slipping clutch. You would usually see that in the taller gears when the trans is closer to a 1/1 ratio

 

no tune or teach in yet, that used transmission they said is only 55k km

 

Has the used transmission with 55k on it been serviced?

 

and did they use OEM Diaqueen SST-F if/when they did the service?
