Hi all, I have been searching for this topic for a couple of hours now and either I am horrible at searching or I missed the answer somewhere. Please link to the thread if this has been covered.

My son has an '09 Ralliart and the same day the tire pressure light came on, the dreaded Service 4WD light came on. It was colder (mid-20's) recently and I said the tires probably need air. He filled them all to the correct psi and the pressure light went off. Drove home from college (about 3 hours away) and the Service 4WD light never shut off. We tried disconnecting the cable and the light is still on. I hooked up the bleed box we got for it when I relocated the pump a few months ago and all the pump does is click. The motor doesn't start.

Does that mean the solenoid is bad? The electric motor? or the internals? Is there a way to check which part?

Is this due to the cold weather and the fluid is getting too thick? Is there a solution to that? I don't want to put another pump in if it just going to happen again.
