If the shop knows what they are doing, there is very little risk of the paint actually cracking or peeling. It's always a possibility, so just something to keep in mind, but the majority of fender rolls done by reputable people/companies have very few, if any, issues.

Coating the backside with an undercoat or other sealer after a roll is definitely an option, but usually unnecessary if the paint isn't actually damaged during the rolling procedure. If you're in the school of thought where it's better to be safe than sorry, it certainly wouldn't hurt to perform some preventative measures just in case.

next set of rims are enkei RC-T4's front:18x9.5+15 rear:18x9+35. should raise even more eyebrows since people in the US dont run reverse staggered that much.

on an AWD car why would you run staggered at all let alone front staggered?

Not bashing or flaming, just genuinely curious, in the world of straight-line racing that I "grew up" in, staggered was specific to getting better traction from the drive wheels/tires.

Maybe I dont understand enough about our AWD systems yet (entirely possible) and they are FWD-bias systems, in which case I can begin to see some advantage to a front staggered setup.

Running a staggered setup will wreak havoc on the AWD system.

It is not Front/Rear biased in any way at all. 50/50 every time, all the time.

Staggered wheels will not cause much of an issue as long as tire diameter remains constant. Sure, performance will be affected, but as far as the car's sensor systems freaking out, you should be ok. Running any sort of stagger would be a purely cosmetic choice

That would make sense, I didn't think about keeping the overall diameter of the wheels the same. Derp on my part, .

if you guys check out a shopped called robisepc and the cars he puts together he runs alot of staggered setups, but yes they are the same diameter just different offsets, for instance on my IX?(sold) I was running 17x10+18 in the front and 17x10+30 in the rear with a 10mm spacer just to bring it out some more. but the staggered fitment is for my GTS which is FWD. if you know what your doin there isnt a problem running a staggered fitment.

This. I think most people overlooked the fact that in the pics you can see that your fog light housings curve up (non-awd platform)... Props for doing something unique, if not very popular.
