dont be afraid to fight for your rights. pay the extra 80bucks to take it to superior court instead of small claims. if you take it to supeior then they cant send an average joe they must send an attorney being that it is not a sole proprietor company. if they send their mighty high priced attorney it will cost over 2 grand in fees. in which case they are more likely to just cover the costs. unless its like 10grand in warranty work lol but yes a tune you will lose it voids your warranty dont even try

Or they just sue you for the legal costs in which case you're suddenly out a lot more than you thought.

 

I don't like buying cars since I switch in and out of them all the time. It's just a decision I made and I don't think I should be judged upon it.
