An intake should be fine with your car, if they say they tested it I am sure they did. A company would be dumb not to test it. I am sure they put it on a Ralliart and dyno'ed on the stock tune to see gains.

I would say you will be fine, but it's your car. If you can't trust a company then maybe you shouldn't have bought it from them.

Honestly I think UR is a reliable source and I personally trust them. But it's up to you what you want to believe.
but the point is that people said the ur intake is too lean

Wow the truth is out there... somewhere lol.

Reading this extensive thread would lead one to believe a tune is required.

Who to trust
The Manufacturer? The web site states "bolt on"
The Tuner?

lancera states his RA runs lean with a UR SRI

My money goes for the tune JUST TO BE SURE as those who have tuned with a CAI are not experiencing problems AFAIK

Edited because I was thinking of the Injen CAI

lancera excuse me if i don't know the entire history of your UR CAI install. But you say you know its running lean... is that based on internet hearsay? or did you actually log with a wideband?

I never trust the Japanese writing like lancera has on the back.

I'm worried it would really say "look at this round eye arsehole thinking hes all that"
instead of what I was told it said.

Same goes for tattoos

Sorry
