Are the ROMS the same between the Sedan and Sportback?
Different ROM ID's for the two years.

Yes the Sportback was introduced in 2010 in the USA.

Sportback and Sedan share the same ID's for the same model year.

heads up new rom is good but needs some love and tweaking with a wideband to make it a little more top end power , but overall awesome. I had my buddies basetune no boost pill vs me boos pill v2 base map.

I pull away hard but in the top end he does creep on me but thats a b/c of the boost and exhaust cam timing he actually holds more boost atm than me at 6500 which seemed odd but the mivec on these cars = godliness and his tune is very aggressive

after some adjusting though and fine tuning and some love and car i had a steady pull and constant power line.

overall bryan you make life easier taking probably easily 8 hours of tuning out of my life and for that my friends Hats off to you

Glad you are happy with it. Obviously since you aren't stock it's more of a basemap to build from then if you where stock.

I'd be very interested in your wideband data from the straight V2 basemap. You can PM me if you like. I'd appreciate it.

I'd also like your feedback on any SST shifting differences you feel from before (normal shifting and WOT)

I loaded up the 2010 93 Oct V2 map last night and went for a rip. Shifting feels a little more aggressive, and seems like it is less hesitant to downshift in auto-mode when hammering it. Overall the car seems more responsive, and my butt-dyno tells me that it pulls harder/faster.

I'll post numbers after my next run at the track. August 7th, so we'll be waiting a while. Just debating if i want to install my Evo X FMIC before or after...

I see you have raised the lower bound IGN maps closer to the high octane table in the V2 93 octane map. This will most definitely help with a firmer shifting feel. When i started tuning on my RA this was the thing that was holding my shifts back... But i didnt have the XML for it to have the table to be able to adjust it. Once i got that i got mine shifting great!

Are there other things you have open that arent available to the public Byran such as some SST tables If so i would love to know more about them etc. Please LMK !

Bryan what you are doing here for the community is just awesome!! Its guys like you that will get my business over those that just want to over charge for every part they sell just because they have a big name now and offer NO help on the forums for there customers!! Ive delt with and spent A LOT of $ in the past with company's like that where now they think there too big to give a deal or help anyone out... not even customers that have spent 10s of thousands of $s with them. Im tired of that type of attitude from these companys. Seeing you offer this IMHO will bring you A LOT of business!!

Re-flashed and took it for a little cruise. Shifting definitely feels different (better, I think), and it feels like there's more top-end power compared to the previous '09 93oct boost-pill map.

Bryan can I have a bromance with you? You are like a magical and generous car wizard.

I flashed this tonight (93 oct 09 RA) and it feels like silk. Super smooth, trigger happy shifts under moderate and heavy throttle. Perhaps it's just my perception, but turbo sounds louder more power through the entire band. Be interesting to see some dynos/track time reports.

Thanks again
