base latency. But you could listen to secondchace and just add in more timing without more fuel to see what you can pull of. Once you start seeing knock, back off timing or add more fuel. Go slowly though.

I hear what you're saying. After posting the log in the first post I did more logging and the afr was always even leaner than that log shows. I was frequently seing afr in the high 12s at peak boost. It runs lean only once the turbo really starts to spool then richens up. Even though my posted log may be a safe afr I was bothered by the fact that I could not alter it much with the fuel map in that area. I like to experiment and will see what happens with the latency. Here is a log that represents the afr I was often seeing.

Well I tried to add a bit of latency and the car would not start. Flooded badly. I tried 2ms then 0.6 then 0.2 starting it each time after it flooded and still would not start. No more of that!!!
Not sure what to try next.

It's just a nice lean-spool for the turbo, but I don't know how much you have to lean the engine to spool this baby turbo.
Well, it isn't milliseconds. It is a multiplier FOR latency, and it seems to be per cylinder...you can read more about it here:

The next step would be to change the injector scaling size. If you tell the ECU that your injectors are smaller than they really are, it will richen-up the mixture, because it will think it has to pump in more fuel to be on target.
I would suggest, though, that you read all the info available in the EvoX forum before you go much farther. I would hate to see you throw a rod or something like that.

this pertains to any load. 12 psi, 24 psi, doesnt matter. Keep in mind hes on the stock turbo.
12.2 afr at 3000 that richens into the 11's at 6800 rpm is a perfect mixture for ultimate power on the car. Most try to keep it richer for safety sake, but there is no negative to this.
