hi all, im trying to decide between the two. perrin offers a lot more info on the product like composition of parts used and all the hardware included in the box the only reasons im having a hard time deciding is the grimmspeed model seems to mount like the oe and it mentions it uses the same amount of power from the ecu that the oe version does. so my question is: does the grimmspeed ebcs come with vaccum hoses, all the mounting hardware etc? and is it made of the same materials as the perrin? and i guess i may as well ask, what do u use and why?

 

I use the Grimspeed. The reason I chose it was for the mounting bracket and simplicity of install. Real world they're both going to work about the same. Grimspeed includes the vacuum hose, not sure about Perrin. I have no complaints with mine, but I've also had great luck with Perrin parts so you'll probably be fine with either one.

 

I got grimmspeed because it was recommended. Not sure about Perrin but the grimmspeed unit also comes with a warranty

 

i have perrin. sometimes have issues with boost spikes but other than that it is a great product.

 

I have the Grimmspeed as well and it comes with everything you need.

 

Grimmspeed user here as well. I just researched for days and made my decision based off it.
