go for testpipe if... you can stand the smell (like a lawnmower), and you're willing to take the risk of being caught. if you can't do either then get the high - flow

from the testing thats been done, with a high quality high-flow cat, there's only about 5-10hp difference between the two. not really noticable, but if you are racing a lot and serious about getting every possible pony out of the car, the test-pipe is the way to go when every little bit counts
