Evo X intercooler piping question
Evo X intercooler piping question
Hey guys,
I have some pics here for you evolved membrs to look at. I am switching out to an evo x fmic and plan on using the stock evo piping. If you could look at these two pics and tell me what I would need to do that. I have numbered the parts in the attachment, so if you know what I would need just tell me the numbers. Thanks so much. Im pretty sure the metal pipe with the bracket welded on is the pipe running from bottom of BOV. Again, even if you arent sure about everything, but you know if one item is needed, please let me know, it would help out alot. Thanks

Haha this is like a puzzle.
1 - UICP - goes with #8 - attaches to FMIC
8 - UICP - goes with #1 -attaches to turbo outlet
7 - BOV pipe lower to LICP (this is the pipe I had to cut to fit)
The remaining pipes aren't familiar.
You are missing the rest of the LICP. If you don't want to change the LICP right now all you need is 1 & 7 and two more O-clamps. Please keep in mind that the stock RA sits shorter on the radiator so you will need to come up with a longer hose (and one more O-clamp) from the UICP to the stock RA FMIC or you will come up short.
Hope this helps!

Just looks like the vacuum lines for the boost pill. Not needed for the piping swap but will be useful if you get a boost pill and want to change back and forth to the factory one easier.
