cobb ap... not hitting target boost psi?

Hey guys i now just installed my cobb ap... running stage 2 map for ACN91

thats the specs

"Stage2 ACN91 RAv100 - Intended for an otherwise stock 2009-2010 Mitsubishi Lancer
Ralliart vehicle with a full turbo-back exhaust system with at least one high-flow
catalyst installed, STOCK INTAKE SYSTEM, and STOCK INTAKE FILTER ONLY designed for
Arizona, California, and Nevada 91 octane fuels. Boost Targets: ~20psi peak boost
pressure tapering down to ~13psi by the 7100 RPM redline, +/- 1.5psi."

I am hitting 15.5psi to 16.7psi max....and tapers down to 14.3psi to 14.6psi

??

any one can tell me why? i have checked for boost leak... and checked all my lines... even my hard pipes..

thanks
evil

The point of the question was that with the stock map the boost target is higher than you are reaching. So, if it reaches the stock target it's not a physical problem.

my stock ralliart was peaking at 18psi and tapered down to around 10psi-ish at the red, so even your stock numbers seem to be a bit low. i would do a boost leak test so you can know for sure. 80% of people that have problems with there boost have a leak. As far as the cobb ap, i went with a custom tune so i really can tell you much about that but let us know what happends...
