I didn't find an answer to this:

I know you can take a Stock-ROM from one Lancer and flash it to another Lancer with the same engine and also USDM or JDM... without troubles. ...correct?

Are the ROMs exactly the same for normal? Or are there differences in the ROM even if the car is exactly the same. Like they "tune" every car before delivery.

I have a standard flash update on my car (tuned without dyno) and want to give it to a friend too.

May I run into problems?

They need the same ROM ID. Some roms inherit another, but i believe generally they need to be the same. Just read your friend's rom and check the ID. Worst case scenario, just cut and past maps.
