EvoX IC/ UR piping/ GST basemap

I'm thinking of upgrading the intercooler on my RA soon, couple of questions that I can't seem to find definite answers to.

First, will the Ultimate Racing UICP and LICP fit the EvoX stock intercooler with no additional modification or parts, as in a complete bolt on?

Lastly, I'm running V2.6 of the GST basemap with the boost pill. I have a K&N drop in filter and a Borla catback system, will adding a new IC and piping play havoc on the car?

From what I know the UR UICP should work fine. The issue will be the LICP, the UR is 2.25" and the EVO X is 2.5". I forget what people used to solved that, but I think it was an adaptor. Hopefully someone else can better answer this.

For the GST you should have no issue!

- Because of such low cost of used Evo X UICP and LICP, it's much easier just to buy a whole set and avoid any fitment issues - and gain the most out of the whole setup

- Because the intercooler will be cooling whatever turbo or whatever boost pressure you are tuned for, upgrading this first gives plenty of forward growth for whatever your further plans are
Well I just found out that the UR is a 2.5" Stainless Steel Piping, so now i'm not sure. lol... Hopefully I did no confuse you.

when u order tell them that its for a stock ra with evo fmic, they will give u the right coupler. your car should run fine with these mods on gst but you should get a wideband and log car to be safe

Your AFR will be fine, but you will get some lag when going wot because of the increased volume the tune doesn't account for. At least that was my experience.

UICP NO! I have one and tried it, negative go. U need the RalliArt Specific UICP, different angle off the turbo outlet.

I would be getting RA-specific upper and lower piping... the only non-RA part is the X intercooler...

I had ZERO issue with my X UICP and X LICP with X stock IC except getting a reducing coupler. If you get RA specific UICP it will be too long for the X IC. You want X pipes to go with X IC with a ra turbo coupler for the UICP.. .the rest will be the same..

I ran with an Evo X UICP, Evo X LICP and X FMIC and it all bolted right up to my stock RA turbo.

Really, with zero mods? How did you bolt up the BOV with the shorter tube off the EvoX LICP?

Yeah I intended to come back and reply to that. I forgot to mention that I had to put in about a 6" pipe from the LICP to the BOV. There's a few threads with that. For mods, I had the Boost Pill, GST Tune, K&N replacement filter.

I've since removed everything except the filter, when I pooched my tranny I put it back to stock for them to replace the tranny, and I never re-modded.
