Boost?

I just bought a 2011 ralliart and am courious about the boost everything that I've read says I should be running 13.3 psi but I'm only able to get 9psi right now does the ralliart have an adjustable waste gate or is the boost adjusted by the Ecu?
And what is the max psi I can run on a stock ralliart with stock turbo and internals without damage to sst or engine ?

I wouldn't recommend going over 24psi of boost with the stock turbo and internals.

Just for ****s and giggles hold the cruise on/off. Utton for 5 seconds ehen your in park, cycle the ignition then take a run, that's how you typically switch between 2 maps if that doesn't solve it you have a boost leak.

Like I said, a pipe must be off since you are getting 4psi and hearing a sound. Check all the connections.
