In summary you need to upgrade injectors and fuel pump. You also need to redo your tune completely.

If you currently run on say 98 fuel and wish to Goto E85 then your ecu will need a retune. A new fuel pump and highly likely upgraded wiring to the pump is needed. I had to upgrade the wiring to the pump in the tank.
It.would be a wise idea to swap the fuel filter as well. You would be amazed how dirty those get and restricted fuel supply. Extremely high chance that the injectors needs to be replaced as you need a higher fuel flow for E85 fuel.
Once converted to E85 it would be wise to swap the fuel filter again after a few weeks of use as E85 acts like a scouring pad on the tank and gives it a jolly good cleaning.
Beware if you Goto E85 you fuel economy will be reduced compared to stock 98 fuel. There is a lot of variables on this as to how much your fuel economy will be reduced by. Having said that on my NA 4b11 currently with 4b12 inlet cam I get about 600-700 kilometres driving around town.and on the highway I can get more then that. It depends on how.your tune has been configured in the first place.
