yeah its not covered by mitsu uk.. gonna just have to bite the bullet and get it done i guess!! have mitsu updated the pump at all so they don't break down so much??

If your handy you can rebuild the pump yourself. From what I understand it's just the location of the pump, it collects salt and road grot, moving inside the cabin negates that risk.

get a relocation kit after you rebuild/replace the pump so it doesn't happen again

My extended warranty should cover part of the cost of a new pump.. ill keep the old one and rebuild it so i have a spare for the future.. mitsu uk have said that the new pump has an updated part number which means they have made some changes to the pump.. just hopes this means the pump is more durable..
