I cannot remember how the old pill went in. There are different sized ends with the old pill. One large whole, one smaller. Which faces what way?
ex. Does the larger whole (i thunk its referred as taperred side) face up towards hood or down towards the ground?

I have a mbc on my car now and want to change to the boost pill. The vaccum lines dont look the same as in the picks and the stock pill is already gone since they installed the bc. Can I just buy the ams pill rerun the vaccum lines to stock and shove the new pill in the line? or do i need to put it inbetween those clips?

using the clips would be preferable. the easiest way to do it though is just buying a new vacuum hose control assembly from the dealer; its 14.26 on mitsubishiparts(dot)com; and swapping in the ams or gst pill into that and just throw the whole thing in the car. part number for the hose assembly: 1632A300

OK guys, leave it to me, I was trying to do this install and dropped a clip. 2 metal on metal pings, one when it hit the heat shield, and one when it fell to the bottom of the engine bay. Anyone have a similar experience, where is the sucker, and what should I do? And no, its not under the car!

For anyone considering or wondering if they should buy it remeber it is about 18 bucks. Buy it. if you don't need it right now keep it for later when you need it. I am waiting to get mine along with some onthe items to go with. I just want to get a large majority of the stuff I want. save it and then put it on all at once. take it to the tuner and be done with it. I have found the cost on a custom tune at Jesters Tuning (Florida) is about 350 and Dyno time is 100 an hour. They do group discounts when having a dyno day. so keep on the look out for that.m
