Killer write up, great pics, good job, I will be referring to it a few times this evening I am sure.

I ended up changing it last night as well as the motor oil and diffs, used Redline DCTF for the trans. after talking with them.

Did my fluid change over the weekend, took like 4 hours because I was going slow... took the battery out to find the fill hole, not sure if that was required. Drained the lines as described in the how to

Used 8 liter FFL-2 and the 30 dollar filter bought online ssp, this was for the 100000KM fluid change, fluid was brownish compared to the stuff right out of the bottle, right away ive notice the clunk that I had go away from braking hard shifting down from 2 into 1, everything else feels good so far...

I ended up using the Redline DCTF

http://www.redlineoil.com/product.aspx?product=31004

I have about 8k miles since the change and immediately noticed around a 2 mpg gain on fuel economy from when the car was new and much, much better shifting.

I'm going to flush mine today. I'm planning to drain everything, including the cooler. Fill with mineral oil, shift through the gears a bit, let it soak, drain and then fill with the liquid gold.

I'm going to take a bunch of fresh pics as we seem to have lost most of the shots showing drain, fill and level check locations.

Im at 52k and havent changed since 3k so I wont be surprised if some nasty sludge comes outta there. Thankfully, I dont beat on her since it's my DD. Very few launches and no track time.

I had some pro help from a friend the first go-around so depending on how long it takes me to do it solo, i'll go for transfer case too if possible.

Cheers! ..and Happy Father's Day!
