Yea when I moulded the ring, it took off some of the Plasti-dip. So I left it off till I get some more. Plus I still need it off for the mould.

More Pics, feedback is needed to ensure we head in the right direction. Please understand I can't make everyone happy and I have limitations to what I can do.
Still need work but I cant put time into both of them.

Mostly the style, placement and size of the opening. Easiest to tell on the last three pics

my opinion:
- get rid of the "frame"
- make v3 "partially overlaps" with the inner side of the bumper..
- try to make it flush when looking from the top.. (aka, remove the fog)

v1 for me great work and can't wait till these are ready!! if you can tweak a bit more, then like what was mentioned before about making it look flush from the top would be good. the frame, i take it, is needed so one can attach mesh behind it?

damn good work and really appreciate your efforts

Agree with initial. I'm completely removing the fogs when I install. Great work buddy!

^ Yeah I will be removing my fogs also. Like others said less square looking, little better flow with the lines and don't stick out as much when you look from the top.

i have to say, i kinda agree that i was looking for something more "streamlined" to flow a bit better with the body-lines, although i see what you're doing and have an idea why also. but i ended up picking up an extra set of fog surrounds from work today too, so i'm gonna try doing some messing around with the dremel and whatnot, see what i can come up with, and maybe give another option you could just lay the fg over it for the mould and smooth things out from there?

get rid of the rectangle look. your best bet it to get rid of the fog light use in all or make them flow better w/o that frame/retangle look
