That's looking really nice! Couple questions, on the under side how do you accommodate for the wiring to enter, and also where is the wiring routed when it's left? For example I have my WB zipped onto the vent (same spot as your design), with the wiring down the inside door frame (under the weather stripping IIRC).

 

It will be hollowed out and you can drill a hole on any side. You could exit between and down the A-pillar, or through the vent, up to you. Once I make one out of fiberglass I'll be able to try it a few different ways.
