ok, here it is as promised. Please keep in mind this is a rough quick cast, its not pretty nor is it anywhere near what a production piece would look like. It is simply made to test out power gains on the current design.
The test car:
EVO X
Turbo: Turbochargers.com 50Trim Compressor in the stock turbo
Intake: AMS Intake Pipe
IC: AMS FMIC with Upper IC pipe
Exhaust: AMS Catback with Test pipe
Boost: 24psi
Gas: MS109 for testing purposes.
This test was done the same day back to back to show the actual gain from just the AMS O2/Downpipe section.
Previous tests were done on just a downpipe and the gains were ZERO. As we had expected all the gains in this section of the exhaust are sourced from the O2 housing section off the turbine housing.
First the dyno chart:

As you can see from the above Chart 15whp was achieved from just the O2 housing / AMS Downpipe
now here are some pictures of the Cast O2 Section. Again this is a quick cast and is no where near the quality of the production piece but internally it represents our design for the final piece. As you can see its VERY free flowing.

In case you forgot here is what the stock piece looks like...OUCH!

Ok, So is AMS happy about the end result?
If you are, how far out is this to a production ready item?
This is the final crucial piece to my exhaust and i have been waiting for you guys to finish this item.

Gains from just a Downpipe were ZERO...literally not even a single HP.
We are happy with the internal design Obviously it must be cleaned up a great deal. we are also going to incorporate it so the factory heat shield can be reused for you guys out in CA
I will work on a lead time for you guys today.

wait....... clear something up for me.. i hope is nothing...
winpep stacks the runs by order of pull right?
then IF runfile_002 is first and runfile_007 is last then you lost 14.27hp
that is something you cant alter in winpep, so please clear that up
