We have a test unit running around on Ryan Gates Blue EVO X and its doing very well. Ryan actually just finished second place in the street class at the Super lap battle yesterday. So initial tests are going great.

No, it will be one piece unit

The downpipe alone does nothing for HP gains. We made one here at the shop and it literally did not make a single HP. However when we made a stainless steel tubular version we picked up over 15 whp.

Heat management is an issue with the Evo X and its rear turbo placement. There has already been an Evo X that has started fire due to aftermarket parts and lack of heat shielding. The AMS cast unit will do an awesome job of keeping the heat contained. Our production piece will also have a heat shield to further manage heat.

Will AMS's design clear the steering column on a RHD Evo?
