No issues as a daily drive once you get hot and cold start working right and idle adjusted. No problem with AC.

Only concern I would have is getting the car tuned for different weather climates. You'd need to retune for warm and cold climates but seeing that you live in Georgia, you shouldn't be concerned. It stays fairly warm there all year round?

You shouldnot have to tune again in different climates.
If you do then the tune was not right from the beginning.
If you have any problems with your system give us a call.

depends if it is an OBD II check or tailpipe

The car would probably run even cleaner with an EMS.

when the vehicel is in motion, the A/C on i can't maintain in around 2000rpm (jerking), cause is gona do up n down from 1500 rpm to 2000 rpm about 2 or 3 time and if you just let go the gas, the rpm is down a little slower after 1500 down to 1000 without A/C.
is this right?

your idle should only go up by 200rpm or so, check your setting for your a/c under settings

It'll pass tailpipe. It will not pass OB2. Some of the units the states use for OB2 testing( such as Ohio) have problems with the stock ECU so they default to tailpipe testing.

It needs to be tuned for proper idle. That is not correct.
