500 whp in winter means you're not even going to get to that. Oil and everything takes sooooo long to warm up when it's 5 degrees.

To the original poster, I think a lot depends on your setup. If you are doin stand alone, are you going to retune? Are you going to wait 10 min each time for the oil to actually warm up? Gotta think about that kinda stuff too!

Why would you want to drive your Evo with that much power in the winter? Especially, after all of that time and money your poured into it.

This thread = pointless.

Close thread, it's dead.

actually i think it would probably be fine... all that power isnt going to kick in until you boost.. so if you drove it normal-kept it under 3k- which you would anyways in the snow- then it should be ok.. no?

How about if you use a EBC and have a lower boost setting for bad weather (wet, icy) days?
I can see that working.........not ideal though.

all you have to do is turn the boost WAY down and ensure that you've got the proper tires. remember your conditions and you'll be fine.

How in God's holy name is that a pretty damn good question? Your intelligence is incredibly ****ing low if you say this "question" is a "pretty damn good" one.

I'm with Sentinel on this one. What the hell do you know about power? I bet for you, driving a Honda Civic Si is like driving a top fuel drag car on the track.

Use your damn common sense kid.
