Unhappy AEM uego question

its really cold where i live right now and i was wondering could the cold cause my AEM uego to read all funny. no matter have warmed up the car is the gauge always reads rich. when i do bout half throttle or full throttle the gauge will go to 13.3 then drop down to nothing in like 2 seconds i now my cars not running rich cause my other A/F gauge is reading just fine that runs off the ECU and i was working just fine before it got cold. could it be the cold the causing to gauge to do this?

yeah mine seems to spike more in cold weather. like it fluctuates from like 1-2k rpm and im not sure what is making it spike. (this happens when im idling at like a stop light or something) im not sure if this is related but do you mean goes to 13.3 and then to nothing while still holding the throttle? or do you let off?

It sounds as if the Wideband sensor is damaged. When the sensor gets damaged it will read low values and usually a very narrow range kind of like what you are discribing. Cold weather should not make a difference is the sensor is in good working order and hooked up correctly. Just keep it in mind.
