Ok, small problem, it could be UEGO gauge that's bad... but let me throw this at you guys.
Just installed UEGO gauge, that came out of another evo. Now all wired up and good to go, been using it, it's all good. I decided to double check the configuration for AEM EMS. well it was wayyy off, it wasn't even configured right, so i was getting O2#1 reading 5-7afr even on WOT and idle is around 6-6.4afr , my UEGO gauge would read around 15-16afr idling , and 13-14afr WOT
I decided to double check and came across : https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...33&postcount=2
i followed directions and set to 4 volt with o2 sensor unpluged, seems to be working fine on the AEM side, BUT idling it showed 7.5-8afr at the EMS and gauge was still reading the same old 15-16.
The instruction note on the wizard told me to shoot for 2.32v (+/- 0.02) , and i even tried that, and it would show even lower, like 4-5 afr. It's back to 4v at moment, because that seems to be the real value
Anyone run into same situation? Wrong configuration? Or is the gauge or ems telling the truth? I do smell LOTS of gas idling..

I think the AFR units are set to AFR Methanol under configure/units, change this to AFR Gasoline and see if it fixes your issue.
On the main menu, (right hand top corner)
Configure--> Units-->AFR
change AFR Methanol to AFR Gasoline.
just restart AEMPRO and that should fix yr problem.

Thanks guys that was it. It seems there's something weird about default settings on the newest version of the software.
When i went into units options, everything was highlighted default, ie: PSI, F, Gasoline, etc, but It wasn't really selected i guess. I had to go through each unit and click apply to make it work.
Thanks again!
