I am having the same problem it seems the higher the rpms are when I put the clutch in the better chance I have of getting it to idle. When its low rpms it cuts out.

 

before I would start with any changes to your tune, I would check for boost leaks.

assuming you have no leaks, then I would take a look at the ISC servo. if that is functioning properly, then change your ISC tables as others have suggested.

 

I'd just set the high-idle to a 200 RPM bump for 3 seconds, fixed this problem on mine and my friend's integra.
