Tuning Mivec map

Did anyone that had their 9 tuned with the EMS have the Mivec map changed by the tuner? Mine wasn't when I had my 35R tuned. I am just wondering what gains there could be over the stock AEM EMS settings. Or even less lag possible?

The base values in the AEM EMS Valve #2 map are a great start. If he left the base values you're fine. How is spool and the overall powerband?

I have Cosworth cams and I had to edit the map in the idle area just to get the car to run smooth.. It ran like crap until put 14.7 in the idle spots. I'm not very impressed with the Start cal map.

Every car is different. I achieved the best idle at 10.6, 12.8:1 - 13:1 a:f with 1200cc injectors and 900RPM - 970RPM idle. The startup calibration is what it is

I don't know why they choose the valve #2 value but intake cam is the only one that be advance and retarded on the Evo 9. That’s why Valve #1 doesn't work..
