1000cc injectors with stock turbo?

I was curious if anyone has tuned out an aem with 1000cc injectors on a stock turbo? I had to piece together a stock evo and my crashed evo which ran a 35r, speed density, 1000 injectors on an aem. The 35r was cracked so I switched the stock evo to speed density, 3" turbo-back, and 280 cams. The turbo is stock with the evo 9 hotside and buschur o2 housing. Now I have basically the exact same setup as my old evo but with 280 cams instead of 272s and the stock turbo. Has anyone been able to tune out an evo with that large of injector or would I be better off to buy something smaller?

My buddy had Buschur stage 1-4, HKS 280's, stock turbo, AEM AMS and 1000cc injectors.

Tuned by Buschur and never had a problem.

no need for 1000's on a stock turbo or even a green.

I basically have the same setup. Good to know it will be okay. Id much rather use my 1000's instead of buying new injectors when Ill probably put a 35r back on by next fall.

100% works, I did it before I went with a big turbo. Was quite simple to tune as well.

I have the exact same setup albeit with Comp 280 cams and alcohol injection.

I decided to go with the 1000cc injectors thinking I would change my turbo to something bigger down the line.

However, I'm still saving up for that bigger turbo.

A good tuner can make it work without a problem (hint hint David Buschur tuned my EMS) .
