Ok new question. I'll just calibrate the MAP myself. In the MAP Sensor Options window, there is Max Voltage, Min Voltage, Filter, Load Offset, Load Scalar, and Frequency #4 Div. I know what the max and min voltage is, can anyone tell me what the other things mean? I couldn't find it in the instruction manual anywhere. Thanks.

MAP Sensor
There are 3 wires on a MAP sensor. It requires MAP signal, 5V reference, and sensor ground. If you're using an AEM MAP sensor: MAP signal is green or white, 5V reference is red, and sensor ground is black. The signal wire needs to be dedicated, meaning that should be the only wire making contact with that pin. The sensor ground and 5V reference wire can be tapped. Please follow the pin out below to wire in your MAP sensor. If you did everything correctly, with an AEM 3.5 bar MAP sensor, your MAP voltage (setup/sensors/map sensor parameters) should be about 1.6V with the key on engine off, with an AEM 5 bar MAP sensor, your MAP voltage should be about 1.3V with the key on engine off. Remember to select the correct sensor in your MAP sensor wizard.

Off of the AEM Forums. Hope this helps. I guess you can use these voltages mentioned as a base line for the MAP sensor calibration table.

Sorry EvoKnievo, I gave up. Never found the answer. I just bought a 3 bar MAP the was already calibrated in the Map Sensor Wizard. I would still be interested in the answer if anyone has it.

you could always calibrate the sensor your self with a volt meter, 5 volts, boost gauge and a small air pump,
hahaha not sure if its worth the trouble though! MAP sensors are really not that expensive and if AEM has done a REAL calibration already better safe than sorry!
