EMS sensor question

OK so I got a sensor that sits by my air intake, it has the radiator overflow tube connected to it and it looks like it maybe connected to the turbo, I am not too sure on that thoughI tried tracing the line and it went in that area but i ran out of arm at that point. The sensor will make noise after the fuel pump initiates, Its kind of like a buzzing noise and will shut off of course if you unplug it. My question is it this noise normal and if not what does it mean?

Im at work and will attach a picture later if needed but I am sure knowing what its connected to will be evident.

That should be a boost solenoid, but it certainly is not connected to the radiator overflow!

Yes the solenoid will almost always be "clicking".
