zipties here as well. I want to redo it since I as well want the serial connected at all times. Probably tilt it so it can go up a little further.

 

heavy duty velcro on both sides of the factory ECU bracket and put it back in just like stock. Doesnt fall out, in fact i havent been able to get it out of the bracket, lol. Just had to lower it a tad to clear the serial cable so my harness plugs dont fit in the plastic cover thingy anymore, but whatever.

 

Mine has a bracket that may be factory. I cut a piece of 1/8" acrylic sheet to fit inside the bracket, and where that plate contacts the bracket i put heavy duty 3M VHB double sided tape. This gave me a good place to mount the EMS to using the same method. Worked better than whoever put it in originally with double sided velcro.
