Wiring in the 5 bar map sensor..

I have seen this in a thread 100's of times, now that i need the thread i cant find it.. If anybody could help me find out what colors go with what color on the oem map bar harness i would appreciate it..

OK on OEM harness.
Black goes to the ground on the aem map
Grey goes to the 5v from the aem map
Yellow goes to the signal on the aem map
