AEM EMS and ACD Pump???

My car is currently running on an AEM and has been for about a year now without any problems what so ever, besides the start up but i won't be switching the crank angle with the 12 tooth, plus the start up doesn't bother me anyway. My 1 question is does anyone else have the issue that i have with my ACD Pump/ ACD Lights.

Basically when i start the car everything is fine. The light will be on tarmac and car seems normal, after about 2-5mins of driving all 3 lights, light up tarmac, garvel, and snow but it doesn't seem to actually trigger the pump just the lights turn on and car continues to be completely fine. I believe its due to the aem not having the ACD feature but i was wondering if there is a fix or if anyone has also experianced this.

That is not a normal issue. I run several aem evos... Was your clutch changed recently and the acd pump line disconnected?

I would get that checked out...

Try Google searching for all ACD lights coming on. I recall reading other posts on EvoM about people with the same problem. It's usually a bad ABS sensor, an ACD pump failure, or the pump needs to be bled properly after a clutch install.

The stock ECU and the ACD ECU are 2 different computers. Having a standalone shouldn't affect your ACD. There are 2 pins you can short on the OBD-2 port to know what your ACD error code is. You'll then have a better idea of what you're dealing with.

If you turn the key to ON without starting the engine and press on the throttle, do you hear the ACD pump activating?

having a blown fuse for the ACD system will also cause all three lights to come on. This can usually happen during a voltage spike from connecting the battery after having it disconnected. Verify your fuses are not blown.

A blown fuse would cause the lights to be on from when you start the car.
