The Evo 7 and Evo 8 pinout are almost identical so the AEM 30-6310 EMS for the USDM Evo 8 will work just fine. Be sure to compare pinouts but I've installed this ECU on Evos 3 through 8 without issue. Depending on model there may be a couple pins moved around, mostly emissions solenoids and in some cases fan/fuel pump but the main pins for power/ground and injectors, coils, cam/crank sensors etc will all be the same.
