Knock filter is set to 1.5V.

 

Did you set up your knock threshold table? Timing looks conservative enough that you shouldn't be knocking. Are you seeing voltage spikes? if so how large. That turbo is also pretty old and honestly very laggy for the power its going to give you (compared to some of the modern stuff).
