Aem and GM IAT sensor mounting

Where is the best place to mount a GM IAT sensor on intecooler piping? Just before the intecooler on the lower I/C pipe? Or just before the throttlebody? I was thinking mounting just before the throttlebody you might have a heatsoak problem. Any suggestions???

Usually on the UIC between the BOV and throttlebody is fine. I recommend against mounting it directly on the throttlebody or intake manifold.

Mount it as close to the intercooler as possible or els it will heat soak and cause you to run rich.

Would it be a good idea to mount it just before the intecooler on the lower intercooler piping? Or after the intercooler? Thanks

It needs to be after the intercooler so it reads the air temp that is actually going into the motor.
