Weird EMS things
I have some funky stuff going on after the EMS was installed:
1st off if I turn the key the assesory setting I hear a crackling sound from under the hood, what the hell is that?? Also every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, I turn off my car my fan turns on for 2 seconds. I don't know why but it does.
Does anyone else have these problems?

The fan relay is inverted, so when the relay is off the fan is on and vice versa. When you turn the key off the EMS cuts power to that relay and the fan kicks on, until the Main Relay powers off which is a settable time parameter. It sounds like yours is set to about 2 seconds... On the plus side it lets things cool down more, so it is a feature...
The clicking/grinding noise is either your boost control solenoid or the idle speed controller stepper motor. The EMS will park the ISC at key off, and depending on how you have the boost controller set, might make the relay click. Technically the boost control solenoid is clicking all of the time, but you don't notice it with the engine on.
