Intercooler question
We offer several options with our upper pipe kits. You can get it flanged for a Tial, HKS, Greddy or stock. The recirculation Tube is up to you.
We are in the process of developing a new IC for HIGH hp applications. Like 600 plus. its utilizing a much thicker core and 3" piping. Its a long way off from production but its in the works.
The only reason to upgrade from our standard core is if you are overworking the core. So far we have no done so till we cracked the 740whp number on the dyno. As a general rule of thumb a bigger IC is going to involve completely different piping.

FYI: I am running the AMS unit because I use my EVO to play on the roadcourse. I don't have any temp sensors in the piping...................but there is a significant difference in temp over the stock unit between the inlet and exit piping after a 20 minute session on the track. That coupled with my Koyo radiator and the car stays plenty cool on the track. (just spent 2 days on MAM with no issues www.midamericamotorplex.com )
Not to mention it looks good

Chris, The EXPO was a blast. Mid America Motorsplex is a very nice track................I haven't seen any videos yet, but I know there are numerous ones when I was "drifting" in the rain on sunday.
