Yeah I'm never going to ship something like an i/c again, just too risky, then again what are the options? Here are some after pics of the endtank outlets after I, as Zeus so eloquently put it, I "massaged" them

I only ship my stuff out via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. They are the most consistent in my book. I am also impressed with the service I have received from DHL.

I've had problems with both UPS and Fedex.. packing is key. I'd file a claim if I were you!

I worked at UPS for a few months and a fragile sticker doesn't help.

The i/c is now on the car and fixed, if I filed a claim then an adjuster would have to come out and all the proof I have is in these pics, then what could I do, show them the i/c installed just fine on the car?

maybe you can show a "repair bill" from ZEUS for the repair. And say you had no choice but to get it fixed yourself as you NEEDED it for your car. Make them "reimburse" you.

I'm not even worried about it really, the install sucked big ones due to the alignment issues but the i/c is in and fits properly after a bit of manipulation. For the deal I got on it I'm satisfied and don't feel like dealing with some a$$hole adjuster...

When I received my stock evo exhaust manifold, half of it was literally sticking out of the side of the box. It was packaged up fairly well so I blame the shippers. USPS Priority, by the way. Luckily, with it being cast iron, it was able to withstand whatever the mailman could throw at it.
