as for not knowing it wasnt AWD, another prob was it didnt have a boost selenoid at first either so i was only runnin wastegate pressure. barely enuff torque to get the tires loose... +im am a newbie to turbo cars in general
Be easy i feel ****ty bout it already
are you in the airforce? Are you the one who wanted to trade your FWD evo for ym 500+whp srt-4? ... your evo is red with tints right? The guy had a carbon fiber driveshaft and took it off and then you bought it right? man this world is damn small...

sorry to hear that craziness. isn't there some kind of law where you bought your car that all defects or changes from oem have to be disclosed to you before you bought it. If you were sold the car and lead to believe that it was totally stock or in full mechanically sound condition than you might have grounds to return it to them. Did you test drive it, you would have probably noticed both issues you mentioned just from driving it some....hope it works out though

this was discussed earlier... it was a combination of the fact that the boost silenoid was removed and run to wastgate (i.e. 11-12lbs) not nearly enuff torque to break loose the tires. ANd wit my previous car being a v6 tibby .. all i knew was it was way faster... im a noob at boosted cars ... be gentle lol

well i actually ran across another thread about this and looked like you already tried to fight it in court. I was just saying that you should easily be able to win this battle in court, but I hope it works out for you whatever happens.

ever try to find a lawyer that works on contingency, you don't pay them anything unless you win then they get a %.

I also replied in the other thread about going through Small Claims Court. Check out the courts in your area and see what the laws are in NM.
