as of April 2009, Canada harmonized bumper laws with the united states, anycar you can have in the US of A can now be brought into canada. ofcourse with very minor modifications.

I guess that explains why I've been seeing them more often.

My input shaft bearing went today, so I ordered a LSD... lol Always try to turn a negative into a positive.

 

maintenance? are you referring to a 400 dollar clutch + 370 labour? or the brake pads that cost 150 a set? i think the only expensive about running the car is the fact that its tuned for high octane gas. other than that, its like any other car...

i went from full to empty in 128 miles last week. Evos arnt really that expensive, its what you chose to do with it that makes it expensive....

 

Even with my boost leaks / injector leaks and a heavy foot I don't get that low lol... Thats crazy.

There is an Evo in Kamloops for $6800 god only knows whats wrong with it....

 

its not that bad, its just that my right foot is essentially a 2 position switch, on the floor, and off the floor, which is why its that bad haha.

Just got back from the island yesterday I made sure to stay clear or Tyee Imports.... as they have every dream JDM car in the lot.

 

I don't know Vince personally, although I have seen his car around. We work in basically the same area, so I get a lot of waves from his friends...it makes me feel very special

ah yes, the "other white Evo" i keep hearing about.

i need to sell my car for an EB SSL GSR or somethin.

Although i have been keepin an eye on the price of the Evo X, its starting to look sweeter and sweeter each month.

since i wont be able to afford a GTR, i might as well settle for the MR's SST.........now i just wished it wasnt so damn ugly.

 

im gonna go down to washington to pickup a JDM rear for my Evo for my own birthday present i think :P when i get back that is.

if anyone knows someone who wants a WW IX rear bumper, pls tell them to gimme a shout. can deliver to mainland, has only 1 small chip in the middle.
