Quebec area Evo IX owner
I'll be another onwer in Montreal in a week
I'm picking mine up next Monday.
41k miles, RR IX GSR, bone stock, lady driven, 1 owner.
This will be the happiest day of my life, at least until something crazy happens, like I buy a house, or have a kid

I'd rather pay for the drinks and the pizza than the mileage :P
Fred, j'tenverrai un PM quand je monte ds 3-4 semaines, p-e qu'on fera un mini-meet.

I'd definately enjoy a meet in Quebec, nicer roads than Montreal and I can pass by some of the nice touge roads on the way in la Mauricie.
Sometimes it's better to take the 6 hour long drive to Quebec instead of the 2h30 on the aut 40 est

Thanks man, I`m buying it in NY State. I recommend purchasing from NY state since they have a mandatory yearly inspection where the owner is required to submit the mileage, so it`s hard to get screwed on an odometer scam. The car actually belongs to another evom memeber`s aunt.
You can ask me if you need any advice, I`m going through the paper acquisition process as we speak. I also have a good insurance lead if you need it, I`m only paying 88$ a month for 2million - 500$- 300$, no loaner car.
I guess it would be worth it to join DSM quebec as well, and start an evo section in there if there isn`t one already
Cheers

Thanks for the info. Didn't know about it. I bought a 2003 TB evo in KY but the buyer for my car retrived is offer I had to let go. I'm tried to convince a few sellers here but few replys. I think they are scared of the whole "canadian import" thing as it is in fact more details for them , but a lot more for us.
Glad you purchased a CRAZY GOOD CAR, it's one of my dream car to track it as soon as i can.

I am new with a EVO X out of Montreal.
Gonna get on DSM site this week too.
I need a lot of info to set up this beast for track days.
if ever there is a need to help set up a meet, I am up for it!
