The 5mph bumper thing is not a safety standard as much as it's an insurance company standard. They basically run this country you know. They don't want to have to pay for repairs in a minor accident.

lol ya insurance is a *****.... im paying $2500 a year UNDER MY DAD'S NAME!!!

man i america is little better than that but we are still really strict about that kind of stuff. i wish i was in japn or europe where you could get any kind of car. it sucks here i wish i could get an evo 7 or a skyline (if i had the money for either) but cause of safty and emissions crap i cant. government = *******s
