The 5mph bumper thing is not a safety standard as much as it's an insurance company standard. They basically run this country you know. They don't want to have to pay for repairs in a minor accident.

man i america is little better than that but we are still really strict about that kind of stuff. i wish i was in japn or europe where you could get any kind of car. it sucks here i wish i could get an evo 7 or a skyline (if i had the money for either) but cause of safty and emissions crap i cant. government = *******s

 

ya well in Japan they also have a 280HP limit on ALL cars.....

You could just move to Vancouver where it goes down to 0ēC in the winter... next to no snow... you just gotta contend with the rain... but i guess you still wouldn't have a evo yet...
